Shipping and Returns Policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For domestic shipments (Canada), please allow 8-10 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For international shipments: Due to COVID-19 it will take approximately 3-12 weeks to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and once your package ships, you will receive a separate email where you can estimate day of the arrival of your order. Please allow 3-6 business days for us to process your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OUTSIDE CANADA?

Yes we ship internationally. Upon checkout, you can select international shipping which takes approximately 3-12 weeks to arrive after being shipped to you. International customers assume responsibility for any duties / taxes that may be incurred from customs.

DO YOU SHIP TO USA?

Yes! We ship to USA and worldwide. Upon checkout, you can select International shipping which takes approximately 3-12 weeks to arrive after being shipped to you. International customers assume responsibility for any duties / taxes that may be incurred from customs.

IS MY PERSONAL AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

Definitely! Credit card processing is secured through Authorize.net, the most used encrypted security merchant site on the web. Furthermore, your credit card information is never stored on file. If you’re still hesitant, you can checkout using PayPal.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Domestic shipping is $15 CAD. Shipping to USA is $20 CAD. Standard International Shipping is $40 (3-12 weeks). We ship worldwide.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order ships (INTERNATIONALLY), you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at contact@juanpablo.art with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

Yes, you can return your order. If you are not 100% satisfied or the order never got to you, we will create a solution for you. You can return the product within 10 days of receiving it. Please email contact@juanpablo.art and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’ll be happy to assist you.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order at contact@juanpablo.art, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus shipping fee.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation AND do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to a credit card processing issue — your name, billing address and zip code that you enter upon checkout must match your credit card statement’s information. Please email us at contact@juanpablo.art and we will look into your order for you.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and others.

WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT NOT GOING THROUGH?

If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information please make sure of the following: 1)The credit card numbers you entered is correct, including the security code 2)The name, billing address and zip code you enter upon checkout matches the name on your credit card billing statement (most common problem) 3)You have sufficient funds in your account (if using a debit card). Once an error occurs, your order is not processed and you will have to checkout again. If you are still having problems, you can pay via PayPal.
